If one consider the properties of building materials, such as price, tensile and pressure strength, thermal capacity and conductivity and the texture, warmth and feel, one might end up with a row house like this one: Vertical concrete slabs that separates, carries the structure
and stores thermal energy. Wood beams with hanging boxes that breathes, gives a comfortable feel and clear organisation of spaces. A glass facade with lamellas that regulates energy. A house that not only is functional, affordable and nice, but also produces energy.
